The services include:

HOTLINE*
Competent and trained employees are reachable by telephone from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 a.m. to 09.00 p.m. for aktivSYSTEM customers. The employees help with questions regarding the operation of the program or the application of various product components. They also handle fault messages or malfunctions of the aktivSYSTEMs quickly and reliably.
UPDATES*
Because of these services, the software is always up-to-date. The update is performed automatically.
Remote Maintenance*
Questions and problems can be dealt with immediatly on the computer of the aktivSYSTEM customer with of the remote maintenance tool.
SUPPORT*
If problems occur which cannot be solved via remote maintenance, the customer receives local support.
SERVICE*
The aktivKONZEPTE Service Team takes care of replacement-parts shipment and repairs products with functional limitations.
* The requirement for this service is the completion of the aktivSERVICE contract.
