HOTLINE*

Competent and trained employees are reachable by telephone from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 a.m. to 09.00 p.m. for aktivSYSTEM customers. The employees help with questions regarding the operation of the program or the application of various product components. They also handle fault messages or malfunctions of the aktivSYSTEMs quickly and reliably.

UPDATES*

Because of these services, the software is always up-to-date. The update isperformed automatically.

REMOTE MAINTANANCE*

Questions and problems can be dealt with immediatly on the computer of the aktivSYSTEM customer with the aid of the remote maintenance tool.  

SUPPORT*

Should problems occur which cannot be solved via remote maintenance, the customer receives local support.

SERVICE*

The aktivKONZEPTE Service Team takes care of replacement-parts shipment and repairs not fully functional products.

* The requirement for this service is the completion of the aktivSERVICE contract.
